Why do we have to take care of our Skincare..

Skin plays a major role in your body, it is important to take measures for your Skincare.  It gives you protection against harsh weather, pollution and germs. It works like a shield-covering our body.
It absorbs oil , dirt , germs and make-up.

So investing time during your busy schedule is very important to keep your skin healthy.

Why do we have to take care of our skin..

If you have a fresh skin , you feel fresh , you feel positive.

Acne is seen mostly in oily face , we must take proper care to maintain the Skincare -pimple and acne free.

Pimples may often occur in adolescence , mostly seen in teenagers. But it can affect any age group.

The main reasons for pimples are when the pores gets clogged with sebum .

The pores get more affected during puberty and the pores get clogged with sebum due to hormonal changes .

Proper and healthy diet plays a major role in your skin care apart from external care.

Internal care

  • Hydrate your body by drinking at least 3 litres of water , if your body is dehydrated it allows your skin’s oil gland to produce more oil.
  • Daily intake of 5 to 6 Almonds prevent Acne.
  • Eat Green Vegetables and Red fruits to be pimple and acne free.
  • Avoid eating oily food
  • Skip Alcohol and smoking.

External care

  • Remove your daily Make -up at the end of the day.
  • Do Not touch your pimple
  • Apply Apple Cider Vinegar , 5–20 seconds, rinse with water and pat dry.
  • Repeat this process 1–2 times per day, as needed.
  • it removes Acne in 6-7 Sittings.

Daily care

  • Keep your face clean. Whether or not you have acne, it’s important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin’s surface
  • Tone your skin daily with a proper skin toner which is alcohol free.
  • Moisturise your skin twice a day.
  • Use a scrub thrice a week to remove the dead or flaky skin.
  • Wipe your skin with saturated pads to remove your make-up at the end of the day.
